The Commuter Satchel

A structured messenger style satchel with a front exterior pocket, magnetic quick release closures, an internal divider with pocket and pen loop, and a fully adjustable removable shoulder strap. At 16 x 9.5 x 3.75 inches it carries everything you need for a full day without feeling like a burden on your shoulder.

This particular bag is mine. I built it in Horween Chromexcel dark natural for the body, English bridle dark brown for the gussets and shoulder strap, and hand stitched it throughout in turquoise thread — colors and materials I chose for myself, carried daily so you can see exactly what they become over time. Your combination is entirely up to you. Leather selection, thread color, and hardware finish are all part of the process. The options are essentially limitless. Every stitch is hand sewn, start to finish. No machines. The hardware is solid brass. This is not a production bag. It is made one at a time, by hand, entirely for you.
